"We're sponsoring Gordon in memory of one of our first greys, Force. We adopted Force and his "sister" Christina in 2004.

"Force was in very poor health when he first came to the group. He was severely underweight and had a bad skin condition. His foster mom, Jennifer Henry, nursed him back to health and we adopted him and loved him until 2008, when he was lost to osteosarcoma far too soon at age 8."
